User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. We retain ownership of our AI technology and generated results. You grant us license to process your images to provide our services.

Payment Terms

Fees are charged per usage package. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

FashionAI provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
